The complete refundable deposit must be paid at the time of order placement.
Fees for delivery based on the location, installation, and collection are applicable. Additional fees may be incurred if you lack a lift or the authorization to utilize the lift at your location. This will be addressed prior to the delivery.

Monthly rentals must be paid within 5 days (“Due Date”) following the bill sent to your email or phone number provided at the time of booking the order. Payments must be completed before the due date to prevent incurring late fees of INR 100 or the equivalent of your order’s daily rent, whichever is greater. The refundable deposit does not cover any rent for the month. It is merely a security deposit that covers damages, if there are any, as well as defaulters. Kindly be aware that the lessor is entitled to reclaim the rented items if monthly payments are not made within 5 days after the due date.
All costs related to the collection of overdue payments shall be the responsibility of the lessee.
